So you'll be well informed and relaxed on your vacation at Hotel Fischer.

: We have the same prices for all our guests depending on room type and season.
For stays of 7 nights or more, we thank you with a lower daily rate.

The children's discount always applies with 2 full-paying guests in the room.
Prices for children include: buffet breakfast, dinner menu, use of swimming pools and paper BrixenCard advantages (from 6 years):

in the parents’ room with additional bed:
children from 0 to 3 years: 80 % discount
children from 4 to 10 years: 50 % discount
children from 11 to 15 years: 40 % discount
children older than 16 years: 20 % discount

or in the separate children's bedroom of the suite:
children from 0 to 3 years: between 80% and 60% discount
children from 4 to 10 years: between 50 % and 40% discount
children from 11 to 15 years: between 40% and 30% discount
children from 16 years: between 30% and 20% discount
: The local tax is € 3.60 per person and day (excluding children under 14 years) and is not included in the travel price.
: We will be pleased to receive your written booking per e-mail. Booking is valid, as soon as we receive the 20% down-payment of the total booking amount.

We accept cash payments of up to €2,999.99 (maximum amount only applies to EU citizens) or EC, Visa or MasterCard payments.
: For cancellations up to 2 months before arrival there will be no cancellation fee.
The 20% down-payment of the reservation amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival.
For cancellations prior to 1 month 70% of the reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

We recommend you a travel cancellation insurance.
In this way except for the insurance premium no further costs will arise and also the down-payment in this case will be refunded.
: Before arriving any inconvenience may occur.
With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered, in case of delayed arrival, earlier departure or even cancellation of your holiday.

: Our hotel is in a quiet location in the hamlet of Klerant, above Brixen - ideal for anyone looking for peace and relaxation in nature.
Both the proximity to the town of Bressanone/Brixen and the hiking and skiing area of Plose make the location of our hotel so unique and popular.
You can reach both in a few minutes by car or on beautiful hiking trails in less than an hour.
: First of all, all our rooms and suites are modern, cozy and beautiful 😉
We would like to point out that there may be deviations from pictures and floor plans within the room categories.
We are happy to consider room requests, but cannot guarantee room numbers.
: We will be happy to help you organize your surprise. The best way to do this is to contact us by phone or email so that we can get you flowers, for example, or provide a bottle of champagne/wine in your room.
: Your dog is welcome on request: we charge € 25.00 per day without food.
Access to the dining room at mealtimes and to the wellness area and outdoor pool with sunbathing lawn is not possible.
Thank you for your understanding that only 1 dog can be booked per room, our large suites are excluded from booking.
We kindly ask you to bring a dog blanket or basket.

We have a limited number of rooms available for a vacation with a dog. If this contingent is fully booked, it is unfortunately no longer possible to reserve other rooms.
We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning surcharge in the event of major soiling.
In the event of damage to our inventory, we reserve the right to make a claim on your dog liability insurance.

In the event of arrival with a dog without prior confirmation from the hotel, we reserve the right to cancel the booking if there are no more dog-friendly rooms available.
: Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
: With the BrixenCard, which you receive from us free of charge for the entire duration of your stay, you can enjoy unlimited travel on all buses and regional trains throughout South Tyrol, travel on some public cable cars and many other highlights free of charge.
Upon arrival you will receive your personalized BrixenCard from us by e-mail.
: Our nearest bus stop is about 7-10 minutes' walk away.
Thanks to the BrixenCard, which you receive from us on arrival, you can enjoy unlimited travel on all buses and regional trains throughout South Tyrol and simply leave your car at home.
You can reach Brixen train station with our bus line 321, which runs regularly.
: We will be happy to pick you up free of charge from the train station in Brixen on the day of arrival and take you back to the train on the day of departure (please let us know your arrival time at least one day before arrival). If the arrival time changes en route, please let us know.
: - Free parking is available around the hotel.
- A parking space in the garage costs € 5.00 per night (a garage parking space is included when booking the Fischer, Romantic or Panorama Suite).
- Motorcycles park free of charge in our garage.
- You can charge your e-car/hybrid for € 20.00 per night with 5.2 kW (charging time between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.).
- We have 2 parking spaces for charging in the garage and ask you to reserve in advance.
: So that you can move into your room more quickly on arrival, we recommend that you send us your details from home in advance and we will take care of the rest.
We will send you the form for this when you book so that you can fill in the details completely.
: On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2.00 pm. If you arrive later than 8.00 pm, please let us know.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. Use of the wellness area on the day of departure is possible by prior arrangement.

Escape the traffic jam
So that you arrive more relaxed and/or return home more relaxed after your vacation,
we offer you some advantages for an early arrival and/or a late departure, which you should definitely take advantage of.
: We do not have an a la carte restaurant in the evening: the pre-booking including half board is “only” € 15.00 per person and day more than the stay including breakfast.
If you book the menu on site, it will cost the regular price from € 35.00 to € 55.00 per person per day.
: - Our rich breakfast with regional products from the buffet is available from 7.30 am to 10.00 a.m.
- The late riser breakfast is available until 11.00 a.m.
- Our multi-course evening menu of your choice starts at 6.45 p.m.
- We kindly ask you to arrive in the dining room by 8.15 p.m. at the latest
: From 12.00 to 13.30 we have a small a la carte lunch menu (for a fee).
Homemade cakes, ice cream sundaes, sandwiches or toast are available in the afternoon at the hotel bar or on the terrace (for a fee).
: Our kitchen team is happy to cater to the needs of guests with lactose and gluten intolerance or food allergies.
To ensure the best possible service, we therefore ask you to inform us of any intolerances before you arrive.
Vegetarian menus are available daily, we do not offer vegan cuisine.

We also ask you to inform us of any allergies to certain bedding or cleaning products prior to arrival.
: Drinks (including water with dinner) are not included and will be paid directly on site at the end of your stay.

: On arrival you will find a bathing bag with bathrobe (for adults), sauna towels and slippers in your room, which you can use during your stay.
: The best time for a massage is definitely when you are on holiday. It loosens tense muscles and does your mind the world of good.
We recommend booking from home so that we can guarantee the desired date.
: We have a small, indoor fitness room (without air conditioning) near the indoor pool, which is open around the clock.
Here you will find a stepper, a bike, a treadmill and a wall bars.
: From the hotel, you can get to easy hiking routes designed for leisurely walks and romantic strolls in the Eisack Valley, which just happens to be known as the Valley of Trails.
The cable car station that transports passengers to the hiking paradise on the Plose mountain is just a five-minute drive from the hotel.
At the summit station (altitude: 2,050 m), you will be greeted with fantastic 360° views of the Dolomites and the mountains surrounding the Eisack Valley.
There are so many hiking options from here, from a leisurely hike along mountain pastures right through to challenging alpine mountain tours.
